The Dakar rally started today in Saudi Arabia. That it is one of the most dangerous rallies in the world is a given and that it has generated so much controversy over the years is also a given. But have you seen THAT logo?
Every time I see it I get the chills. Hands down my favourite logo of all time. The simplicity of the brush strokes defy the complexity of what this logo represents – it oozes ‘gruelling’ and paints a history of the original Paris to Dakar rally. Logos around the world don’t catch my attention like this one does. I would love to meet the person who designed this menacing yet inspiring artwork.
